Gardner S. Crane 
President and Chief Executive Officer
Gardner Crane has been active in the real estate investment and development business since 1997. He is President and CEO of Uinta Land Company.  Gardner founded Uinta Land Company in February of 2004.  Prior to founding Uinta Land he was responsible for land acquisition, project management, and government approvals at Pleasant Valley Investments, the investment arm of Woodside Homes (one of the world’s largest private home building companies at the time).  Gardner earned a bachelor’s degree from Weber State University, where he majored in German and minored in Business Management.  He also earned a MBA from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University.  Prior to entering the real estate business Gardner worked for BMW in Munich, Germany, and Siebel Systems, one of the world's fastest growing software companies at the time.
Dennis Hepworth
Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer

Dennis Hepworth has been active in the real estate development business, including the product supply side of the water and sewer utility line industry since 1984. He is CFO and COO of Uinta Land Company. Dennis joined Uinta Land as a partner in September of 2004. Prior to joining Uinta Land he was the Utah Division Controller for Woodside Homes for three years and the CFO for W.R. White Company (a concrete pipe manufacturer and distributor of water and sewer line products) for 16 years. He currently serves as a professional advisor to The Distribution Group – the largest national cooperative of distributors of water and sewer line products. He also held positions with Grant Thornton, a large national accounting firm. Dennis is a CPA and earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Weber State University.

Jared B. Bryson 
Vice-President Land Acquisition
Jared Bryson has been very active in real estate development since 2005. He is the Vice President of Land Acquisition at Uinta Land Company.  Prior to joining Uinta Land he was responsible for land acquisition, project management, special projects, construction management and entitlement approvals at Strategic Capital Group and Henry Walker Homes (one of the fastest growing - privately held - homebuilders in Utah).  
Jared earned his Master of Business Administration Degree (MBA, emphasis in Entrepreneurship and International Business) and Master of Real Estate Development (MRED, with a professional certificate in City and Metropolitan Planning) from the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah. Jared also received his undergraduate degree there in Spanish and a minor in Business Management. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Jared worked at EK Bailey Construction.  Jared also managed Bryson Sales and Service, Inc., a large provider and servicer of municipality owned vehicles in Utah, Idaho, and Nevada.
Kent Howard
Vice-President Business Develoment

Kent Howard has been active in the real estate investment business since 2006. He is Vice President of Business Development of Uinta Land Company.  

Prior to joining Uinta Land in 2012 he was responsible for business development for Oracle, Siebel Systems, and other technology companies.  

Kent earned a bachelor’s degree from Utah State University, where he majored in Finance and minored in Economics. He also earned an MBA from University of North Texas.
